Planet Kids: 2-Year-Old Program
Welcome to Planet Kids! We’re excited to support your child’s transition from toddlerhood to early preschool. Here’s what to expect in our program for 2-year-olds (24–35 months).
Our Approach
At this stage, children are becoming more independent and eager to learn. Our program encourages social skills, language development, and early learning through play. We provide a structured yet flexible environment to help them thrive.

Our Curriculum
We use the research-based Frog Street Toddler curriculum (12–36 months) to guide learning and development. It focuses on:
- Language: Expanding vocabulary and encouraging expressive speech.
- Thinking: Problem-solving and hands-on exploration.
- Movement: Building coordination and balance.
- Social Skills: Cooperation, sharing, and confidence.
- Creativity: Art, music, and pretend play.
A Typical Day
Our daily routine includes:
- Morning Circle: Songs, stories, and group discussions.
- Learning Centers: Hands-on activities with toys, books, and materials.
- Outdoor Play: Running, climbing, and social games.
- Meals & Snacks: Practicing table manners and self-help skills.
- Nap Time: A quiet, restful break.
- Potty Training: Encouraging independence with family partnership.
- Free Play: Time to explore and build social skills.

What to Bring
